Seasonal Services

Pool Opening – $400 + chemicals

Remove cover, reconnect equipment, vacuum pool, start pump and filter, inspect equipment, shock and algaecide treatment, brush walls and tile, install cleaner if applicable.

Pool Closing / Winterization – $400 + chemicals & antifreeze

Remove rails and ladders, blow out and plug lines, add antifreeze, shock and algaecide, winterize pump, filter, and heater, install cover.

Water Features (add-on) – $25 each

Additional water features during opening or closing.

Filter Cleaning – Included (free add-on)

Complete filter tear-down, cleaning, and reassembly.

Repair & Equipment Services

Pump / Filter / Heater Replacement (Labor Only) – $400

Professional installation of customer-supplied equipment.

Heater Inspection & Tune-Up – $250

System check, testing, and minor adjustments.

Plumbing Repair (Small) – $180

Replace fittings, unions, or minor pipe repairs.

Service Call / Diagnostic Fee – $250

Visual inspection and diagnosis of pool system.

Prices include one hour of labor. Additional labor beyond one hour is billed at $100 per hour. Prices may vary based on pool size, condition, and location.
